A Little Bit About Me

I was born, a loooooong time ago, in Taylor, MIchigan, living on Beech Daly Rd. (1/4-mile North of I-94) with my mother, father, and brother. For all the fear and hiding due to the 5-day Detroit riot, in 1967, we did not move out until a man died from sudden deceleration, landing headfirst on our front lawn, after being ejected from his motorcycle by an oncoming drunk driver. I then spent the remainder of my early life in Waterford, MI, until foolishly moving further north, during adulthood, to a Podunk little place called Lake City.  I do not recommend it.

                                                                            I currently have 3 cats, 2 dogs, 1 macaw, 2 daughters, and 1 wife.

From an early age, I honed my ability to craft a sentence, 

and weave intricacies into any well thought out and fully developed..................FULL STOP! 

I HAD A WILD IMAGINATION AS A CHILD, and I was known as a very creative liar. My attention to imaginary detail, and ability to bring full emotion into any lie, developed as a necessity of circumstance growing up in the 60s and 70s as a very short, loud mouthed, ne'er do well who always tried too hard to fit into a neighborhood of much bigger and older kids, while simultaneously hoping to avoid a good old-fashioned ass-whoopin' from an ex-marine father who had cornered the market on liar recognition. 

As unconventional as a priest giving a sermon in a brothel, I write by the seat of my pants. I have absolutely no idea what the next page will bring, until I'm actually writing the next page. I am constantly impressing, shocking, and even embarrassing myself, whenever I re-read what my mind has forced me to put to words.
